Apple puts out iPhone 14 shipment orders at 95 million

Recent reports say that Apple will be increasing shipment to 95 million instead of the original 90 million.

iPhone 14

The Taiwan Economic Times claims that the Cupertino-based company has informed suppliers that it’s expecting to sell more iPhone 14 models. Before this, Apple committed to production of 90 million units across the iPhone 14 lineup. The report also claims that the most abundant unit will be the high-end iPhone 14 Pro Max.

Last month, Apple repeated the sentiment that the new iPhone 14 will have higher sales numbers than the iPhone 13 series. Mass production is expected to come in August, as suppliers have started increasing component shipment over the last week or so. The iPhone 14 lineup will have two 6.7 inch devices and two 6.1 inch units.

On the higher end iPhone 14 models, it’s believed that they will have the A16 chip, new 48MP lenses and pill-shaped notches.
